Obituary of Annette Rene Borders

Ms. Annette Rene Borders, 54, of Elsberry, MO passed away Tuesday morning, December 1, 2020 at SSM St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born October 22, 1966 in St. Charles, MO, she was the daughter of Michael Stanley and Martha Viola Fry Borders, Sr. Annette worked as a seamstress for several years at Angelica’s. Annette was preceded in death by her father, Michael Borders, Sr. Survivors include her mother, Martha Schuerman and her husband, Melvin, of Elsberry; her sister, Tammy Parsons and her husband, Arnold “Jr”, of Willow Springs, MO; her brother, Michael Borders, Jr. of Willow Springs; half-sister, Katie Lynn Borders of Troy, MO; and her step-siblings: Melvin Schuerman, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth “Libby”, of St. Genevieve, MO, Michael Schuerman of Festus, MO, Hope Kemp of Dupo, IL, Joyly Schuerman of Missouri, Penny Nienaber and her husband, Steve, of Branson, MO and Dawn Ellis and her husband, Tommy, of Eolia, MO. Annette also leaves her nieces and nephews: Kathy Borders Green, Jesse Parsons, Jason Parsons, Michael Borders III, Austin Borders and Nicole Borders. Per Annette’s request, there will be no Funeral Services. Memorials may be made to American Legion Post #226 in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 S. 5th Street; Elsberry, MO 63343.
