Obituary of Carol Edith Wilp

Funeral Services for Carol Edith Wilp of Troy, MO will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry, MO. Rev. Kris Hagemeier, pastor of the Elsberry First Christian Church, will officiate with burial in the Elsberry City Cemetery near Elsberry. Ms. Wilp, 83, passed away Friday morning, November 20, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur, MO. Born September 30, 1937 in Elsberry, MO, she was the daughter of Carl Raymond and Helen Bernice Groshong Wilp. Carol worked as an assembler for Heleo Corp for many years. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Helen Wilp. Survivors include two aunts: Imogene Robinson of Elsberry and June Groshong of Troy; several cousins and friends.
