Obituary of Luna Mae McMichael

Mrs. Luna Mae McMichael, 75, passed away Saturday afternoon, October, 10, 2020 at her home in Troy, MO. Born January 2, 1945 in Dodge County, GA, she was the daughter of Lark and Fannie Mae Daniels. Luna was united in marriage on January 2, 1981 in St. Charles to Jerry McMichael. Luna enjoyed cleaning and decorating her home, loved her flowers and gardens, but mostly loved sharing the Word of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lark and Fannie Mae Daniels; two sisters Mary Ann Burch and Martha Ellis Lombardo.; and her beloved grandson, Graden Duane Lovelace, who died on August 16, 2016. Survivors include her husband, Jerry McMichael; one daughter, Shonda Boyer and her husband, Curtis Boyer of New Haven; one grandson, Chevy Boyer; one sister, Barbara Ruth Daniels of Rhine, GA. Luna also leaves other relatives and a host of friends. A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Asbury Bible Camp in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 S. 5th Street; Elsberry, MO 63343.
