Obituary of Ricky Arnold Hunter

Graveside Services for Ricky Arnold Hunter of Troy, MO will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2020 at New Hope Cemetery near Elsberry, MO. Rev. Stephen McLane, pastor of New Hope Baptist Church will officiate. Mr. Hunter, 61, passed away Thursday morning, July 30, 2020 at Warrenton Manor in Warrenton, MO. Born August 9, 1958 in Troy, he was the son of James Theodore “Buck” and Darlean Dorothy Collins Hunter. Ricky was a 1978 graduate of Winfield High School in Winfield, MO. He worked as a roofer for many years. Ricky was a longtime member of New Hope Baptist Church. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, James “Buck” and Darlean Hunter. Survivors include his siblings: Sherry Hunter of Troy, MO, Larry Hunter and his wife, Carol, of Petersburg, MI and Rodney Hunter and his wife, Tammie, of Foley; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
