Obituary of Jimmie Duane Rogers, Sr

Jimmie Duane Rogers, Sr Jimmie Duane Rogers, Sr. of Foley, MO passed away Sunday afternoon, June 7, 2020 at his home. Born June 12, 1956 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of William Jerry and Juanita Marlene Dufur Rogers. Jimmie loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Juanita Rogers; two brothers: Kenneth and Bill Rogers; one nephew, Kenny Rogers, Jr; and one niece, Rockie Rogers. Survivors include his children: Shannon Smith and her husband, Terry, of Elsberry, MO, Jimmie Rogers, Jr. and his wife, Brandi, of Cape Girardeau, MO, Gregory Rogers and his wife, Heather, of Wentzville, MO and Sean Rogers and his girlfriend, Valerie Thomas, of St. Louis, MO. Jimmie also leaves four grandchildren: Matthew Brooksher, Jayla Rogers, Zachary Rogers and Lucus Rogers; one great-grandchild, Tanner Brooksher; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. There are no funeral services scheduled. Inurnment will be held in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield, MO at a later date.
