Obituary of Tiffani Dawn Fomera

A Celebration of Life for Tiffani Dawn Rockwell Fomera of Elsberry, MO will be held at a later date once Covid-19 Restrictions have been lifted. Burial was in the Elsberry City Cemetery near Elsberry. Tiffani, 48, passed away Tuesday evening, April 28, 2020 at her home after a twenty-one month battle with brain cancer. Born April 18, 1972 at Pike County Hospital in Louisiana, MO, she was the daughter of William Max and Jennifer Kay Reed Rockwell. Tiffani was a graduate of Elsberry High School and Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was united in marriage to Joseph Carl Donovan on February 12, 2000. This union was blessed with two children: Tyler Joseph and Carli Joanna. Tiffani worked as a legal assistant for Toni Meyer Attorney at Law in Troy, MO. She was united in marriage on October 27, 2012 in Elsberry to Joseph L. Fomera. Tiffani was a member of the Elsberry United Methodist Church. Tiffani was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Donovan, who died in suddenly 2010. Survivors include her beloved husband of nearly 8 years, Joseph Fomera of Elsberry; her children: Tyler and Carli Donovan, both of Elsberry; and her stepchildren: Samantha, Andrew, Morgan and Jacob Fomera. Tiffani also leaves her parents, Max and Jennifer Rockwell of Elsberry; two brothers: Brent Rockwell and his wife, Dani, of Elsberry and Ryan Rockwell and his wife, Jen, of O’Fallon, MO; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
