***Due to the COVID-19 travel and gathering restrictions recommended by the Federal and State Government, the Lincoln County Health Department and the CDC, Mandy Ray's Celebration of Life will be postponed until after those restrictions are lifted.*** A Private Family Memorial Service for Amanda Beth “Mandy” Ray of Louisiana, MO will be held at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield, MO. Rev. Mark Payne, pastor of Calvary Chapel in Winfield, will officiate. Inurnment will be held in Star Hope Cemetery near Elsberry, MO at a later date. Mandy, 35, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020 at her home. Born August 26, 1984 in Creve Coeur, MO, she was the daughter of Thomas Paul Ray and Lori Jean Miller Ross. Mandy graduated as Salutatorian of her class from Elsberry High School in 2003. She went on to work as a Nurse’s Aide. Mandy loved to fish and spend time at the river. She loved animals, especially dogs. Her children were the pride of her life. She was preceded in death by her step-brother, Patrick Quinn. Survivors include her parents: Lori and Eddie Ross of Foley, MO, Thomas Ray of Elsberry and Carol Ray of Elsberry; and her siblings: Holly Ray of Elsberry, Jamie Ray of O’Fallon, MO, Angel Ray of Elsberry, Kimberly Croxville of Columbia, MO and Jason Ross of Foley; and two step-sisters: Christy Rathert and her husband, Justin, of St. Louis, MO and Katie Ross and her husband, Joe, of Hawk Point, MO. Mandy also leaves two children: Kyle Thomas and Riley Amanda; several nieces; many cousins, other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, P.A.L.S.
