Obituary of Martin Dean Carson

Mr. Martin Dean Carson, 51, of Old Monroe, MO, passed away Wednesday night, April 4, 2018 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Peters, MO.  Born May 16, 1966 in Waynesville, MO, he was the son of J.V. and Clara Viola Wood Carson. 
 

Martin was united in marriage on April 1, 2000 in Moscow Mills, MO to Ruth Meier.  He previously worked as an over the road truck driver for Witte Brothers and later in construction for Fred Weber.  Currently, Martin was working as a forklift operator for Reckitt Benckiser.  He was a member of Moscow Mills Baptist Church in Moscow Mills, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.V. and Viola Carson; and one sister, Alesia Turpin.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Carson of Old Monroe; his daughter, Sara Turner and her companion, Josh Yager, of Eolia, MO; and two granddaughters: Searra Lynn and Serenity Ann.  Martin also leaves one sister, Gay Hurt and her husband, Bill, of Foley, MO; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
