Obituary of Linda Carol Gray

 Funeral Services for Linda Carol Gray of Winfield, MO will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2017 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.  Rev. Mark Spence, pastor of Old Alexandria United Methodist Church will officiate with burial in New Galilee Cemetery near Troy, MO.  Serving as pallbeares will be Dennis James Trent, Chad Trent, Wade Trent, Brad Trent, Tommy Lawrence, Justin Templeton and David Sutton.

 Linda, 54, passed away Thursday night, August 24, 2017 at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO.  Born August 5, 1963 in Troy, MO, she was the daughter of Bud Carl and Loretta Marie Randolph Templeton.  Linda was united in marriage on April 24, 1982 in Troy, MO to Carl Eugene Gray.  This union was blessed with two daughters: Carla and Jamie.  She worked as the claims supervisor for Walmart for 17 years.  Linda loved her family and spending time with her kids.

 She was preceded in death by one sister, Jane Templeton; and one niece, Vicki Lawrence.

 Survivors include her husband, Carl, of Winfield; their daughters: Carla Rue and her husband, Christopher, of Moscow Mills, MO and Jamie Gray and her significant other, Buckie Coleman, of Tebbetts, MO; and one granddaughter, Charlotte Rue.  Linda also leaves her parents, Bud and Loretta Templeton of Old Monroe, MO; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Katheryn Gray, of Troy; two sisters: Pat Trent and her husband, Dennis, of Troy and Martha Lawrence and her husband, Mark, of Winfield; one brother, Carl Templeton and his wife, Andrea, of Oakville, MO; one brother-in-law, Dale Gray and his wife, Stephanie, of Fishers, IN; one niece, Amy Sutton; seven nephews: Dennis, Chad, Brad and Wade Trent, Justin and Connor Templeton and Tommy Lawrence; and many great nieces and nephews; one great, great-niece; other relatives and many friends.

 Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.  Memorials may be made to the Family of Linda Gray for the benefit of her grandchildren in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 3838 East Highway 47, P.O. Box 253, Winfield, MO 63389.
