I know I have been lucky to know Ms. EddieAnn and Mr. Bill. Their wedding anniversary is actually our anniversary, and the best thing is I got the Best Babysitter out of this family. Debbie will always be a special part of my life. I never wanted to leave Elsberry for Troy, cause I missed Debbie for a long time. You will always be in my ♥️.

There are so many fond memories I have of Eddie Ann, but here are two of my favorites. When I was a stay-at-home mom, the only time I could walk was around 6AM. There was rarely a day-rain, shine, sleet or snow-that I didn't see her at the pharmacy. She made my day with her smile and upbeat attitude. Then after my kids were grown, I received the nicest letter from her with two pictures of Drew and Cara enclosed. Just thinking how kind she was made me cry. Who else would have taken the time to give me that priceless treasure? Already I miss her and feel privileged to have known her.

To the family of Edna Ann Waggoner, I want to send my sincere condolence on the loss of such a very nice person and friend to many in the Elsberry Community. Growing up in Elsberry during the era that I did one knew some really exceptional people and Eddie Ann was one of them. I am just happy that I was able to know her. I also thought the same of her husband, Bill. It is sad to see these people leave us but also they leave behind a legacy of kindness and values that just make us feel better about the world and having shared it with them. Rest in peace dear lady. I know you will be missed by many.
