Obituary of Lue Ann Creasy

Funeral Services for Lue Ann Creasy of Winfield, MO will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Abundant Life Baptist Church near Troy, MO. Rev. Gregory Irby, interim church pastor, will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Creasy, Jerry Gray, Jr., Keith Aaron, Danny Aaron, Rich Herling and Rich Redshaw. Mrs. Creasy, 73, passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 20, 2015 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. Born December 2, 1941 in Leachville, AR, she was the daughter of Herbert and Nanny McGlawn Aaron. She was united in marriage on July 3, 1965 in Parma, MO to Bobby Ray Creasy. This union was blessed with three children: Sherry, Mike and Marshall. Lue Ann worked for many years as a clerk for the 7-11 Corporation and Clean Textile Co. She loved to travel and go camping with her family. Lue Ann was a member of Abundant Life Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Nanny Aaron; two sisters: Vonadee Walker and her husband, Billy and Marvell Lester; and one brother, Freemon Aaron. Survivors include her beloved husband of 50 years, Bobby Creasy of Winfield; one daughter, Sherry Gray and her husband, Jerry, of O’Fallon, MO; two sons: Mike Creasy of Fulton, MO and Marshall Creasy and his wife, Rhonda, of Winfield; four grandchildren: Jerry Gray and his companion, Tiffany Carden, Cassy Gray, Brandon Creasy and Crystal Creasy; and four great-grandchildren: Kayla Gray, Jeremy Gray, Kylie Gray and Destonie Gray. Lue Ann also leaves two brothers: Wymen Aaron and his wife, Shirley, of Dellwood, MO and Jerry Aaron of Malden, MO; one sister, June Nichols of Russellville, AR; one brother-in-law, Ken Lester of Milwaukee, WI; one sister-in-law, Pat Aaron of Malden; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Abundant Life Baptist Church.
