Carter-Ricks Funeral Homes Phone 573-898-2181 / Fax 573-898-3148 Newspaper Notice of Death Julia Victoria Browne A Mass of Christian Burial for Julia Victoria Browne of Winfield, MO will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Troy, MO. Father Thomas Wessler, church pastor, officiated with burial in St. Ann Cemetery in Normandy, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be James Browne, Daniel Browne, Billy Luu, and Brian Chapman, Mrs. Brown, 93, died Friday, September 9, 2005 at Crossroad Regional Medical Center in Wentzville, MO. Born August 30, 1912 in Streator, IL, she was the daughter of the late John and Julia Gaydos Butchko. She was united in marriage in 1942 to Maurice Eugene Browne Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 30 years, Maurice Browne on April 27, 1973. Survivors include one son, Robert Browne and his wife, Adelita, of Winfield, MO; three grandchildren: James Browne and his wife, April, of Troy, Daniel Browne and his wife, Debbie of St. Louis, and Maria Luu and her husband, Billy, of Maryland Heights, MO; and six great-grandchildren. She also leaves one sister, Della Randell and her husband, Merl, of Danville, IL; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2005 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
