Obituary of Bonnie Lynn Ward

A graveside inurnment for Bonnie Lynn Ward of Old Monroe, MO, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Troy City Cemetery in Troy, MO. Mrs. Ward, 70, passed away early Friday morning, October 4, 2013 at her home. Born November 10, 1942 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Hugh F. and Iretha V. Adams McGuinness. She was united in marriage on July 7, 1963 in Overland, MO to Kenneth William Ward. This union was blessed with one son, Chad. She worked at the Seafood Counter for Dierbergs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Iretha Adams; one brother, Sonny McGuinness; and her beloved husband of 15 years, Kenneth Ward who died July 14, 1978. Survivors include one son, Chad Ward and his wife, Carrie, of Winfield, MO; and two granddaughters: Peyton and Olivia. She also leaves one brother, Lance Wilson and his wife, Rose, of Robertsville, MO; one sister, Penny Sarandos and her husband, Peter, of St. Charles, MO; other relatives and friends.
