Cody and Courtni, Our hearts are heavy at the too early death of your wonderful and loving Dad. His friends there knew him as Willie, but to me he will always be Billy or Billy Frank. Your Mom, Pam, was so wonderful to send notes and pictures of you two, but Billy did not have this trait so we missed seeing you and hearing about you in recent years.
Courtni, I was so happy that you came with Billy to the family reunion last year, so great to see you both. My fondest memories of Billy was the times spent on our family farm when he was little. For a city kid the wide open spaces, the woods, creek and all the animals was a real treat, which he loved. As I talk to his cousins they all have wonderful memories of him and these times also.
Billy always loved tools and working with his hands. I recall my sister telling about when he was small, probably 3 or so, they had got him a tool set. He would go around the house looking for screws or bolts to tighten or loosen, anything he could use his tools on. One evening she had dinner on the table and as everyone was gathering at the table, the table fell apart. Unbeknown to her Billy had used his tools to loosen all the bolts and screws :) His trade in life was a natural for him, so it is easy to understand why he loved helping others.
You are both in my thoughts and prayers. Please stay in touch.
All my love, Aunt Joy

James and Courtney, I'm truely sorry for the loss of your dad, Willie.
While we're not as close as alot of people, I always related to Willie be-
cause we were alike in so many ways. I don't worry about others business and neither did he. We always went our own way and let things happen as they did.
The service was in all practicality, exactly as Willie would have wanted it to be. A few friends and family, And most importantly his children.
He loved his children.
The service was probably the most honest that I've ever attended and a true gesture to the man that he was. A GOOD man who tried his hardest to succeed in a world designed to make failures, In my opinion, Willie has succeeded by his legacy of life.
He lived it to the fullest of his ability, by doing things his way, and in reality, Isn't that the way it should be ?
God Bless Him and REST-IN-PEACE, my friend.
James and Courtney, If you need help with anything, or have questions about anything, you know where we are. We are here for you if you need us.

For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness. Psalm 18:28
Bill, you will be missed by many. From family who have just reconnected in the past year to friends and family that you spend everyday with. You have brought joy and enlightenment to those who know you. And a friendly smile to those who go by and wave.
Love you my cousin

Willie would always wave at the people as they drove by his house. He was your friend forever. If you ever needed help he would be there to lend a hand. Willie would come to our house and him and Dean (Abe) could sit for hours talking about everything or not talk at all. They both enjoyed going deer hunting around Texas County.
Willie truly loved both his children. He will be sadly missed, but he will never be forgotten.
