Wayne, Terry and Kristy
Charlette hired me in 1979, giving me my first government promotion at the RCPAC. She was my 1st mentor and had great confidence in my future in Information Technology (IT). I greatly admired Charlette as she juggled family, work and school in pursuit of her IT goals. I haven't seen her in years, but think of her when I thank God for the people that God has placed in my path. She had a wonderful side-ways smile as she chewed/snapped her gum. She had a great "HA" laugh and always winked at you. With her heavy southern drawl, we thought she was from the deep south. We chuckled when we found out her southern roots were Cape Girardeau MO. Rest well Charlette. You are not forgotten.
