I will always remember Bill for the care and support he provided my mom in her final months. I only wish someone would have told me about his passing.

Dearest Mr. Bill,
Boy, you are missed so much, by so many, and especially by Peeve, Red & myself. As I visit them daily, we discuss in great length what a great 'dad' you were to them, and so generous to give them, together, such a loving home, when both were on death's row. You so lovingly called them your 'special needs' kiddos. You saved their lives, and the life of hundreds of innocent animals, all because of your generous transporting, fostering, donating, and general care and concern, not only for CAPA's animals and others, but also for many people with all your help and Clarksville food deliveries with Heart to Heart's Food Pantry. You were quite a guy, Mr. Bill, as you were also my very best buddy here at the shop, and I have to admit, it isn't as much fun here now without you to visit with every day, as well as hearing your great and latest Peeve and Red stories. Now they both know CAPA will find them both the very best homes possible for them, as that is what you requested, and we will keep our word. At the same time, they also know you will be lovingly watching over them, while you are now in Paradise with your sweet wife, Peggy.. You will never be forgotten by all those you touched so much with your humor and courage, so goodbye for now, Mr. Bill. I look forward to seeing you at God's Banquet Table, God Willing. We all love ya, our very best buddy & friend forever. Big Hugs....from Robbyn, Peeve & Red.
