Obituary of Gloria June Haney

Mrs. Gloria June Haney, 77, passed away Tuesday morning, November 27, 2012 at her home in Elsberry, MO. Born December 18, 1934 in Oakland, CA, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Drake. She was united in marriage on March 2, 1963 in Castro Valley, CA to Joseph Edward Haney. This union was blessed with six children: Michael, Alan, Kevin, Bonnie, Kerry and Deborah. She worked as a secretary for Lockheed, retiring in 1994. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Deborah Lynn Haney in 1973; three brothers: Bob, Norman and Jerry Drake; and one sister, Fran Lannon. Survivors include her beloved husband of 49 years, Joseph Haney of Elsberry; three sons: Michael Haney and his wife, Okie, of Newport News, VA, Alan Haney of San Pedro, CA, Kevin Haney of Scottsdale, AZ; two daughters: Bonnie Haney-Cox and her husband, Tom, of Warrenton, MO and Kerry Barham and her husband, Mike, of Temecula, CA; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She also leaves other relatives and friends. Per Gloria's wishes, there will be no services.
