Obituary of Marcie Dean LaBanca

Funeral Services for Marcie Dean LaBanca of St. Charles, MO will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Pastor Fielding Poe, pastor of Winfield First Baptist Church will officiate with burial in New Salem Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Hartley, Greg Johnson, Jesse Damke, Rusty Reimer, Carl Timmerman, Eugene Driscoll and Brenden LaBanca. Marcie, 45, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 17, 2024 at Windsor Estates of St Charles in St. Charles, MO. Born November 10, 1978 in St. Charles, she was the daughter of Greg Dean Johnson and Cheryl Kay Songer Williams. Marcie was a graduate of Winfield High School and received her Associate Degree from St .Charles Community College. Marcie also attended Vatterott College for a Medical Assistant Degree. She worked in the office at True Manufacturing. Marcie enjoyed fishing. Marcie was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ronald Williams; and her son, Kayden LaBanca, who was stillborn on May 28, 2007. Survivors include her son, Brenden LaBanca of Foley, MO; and her parents: Cheryl Williams of Winfield and Greg Johnson and his wife, Fran, of Elsberry, MO. Marcie also leaves three sisters: Holly Reimer and her husband, Rusty, of St. Charles, Jami Williams of Winfield and Mandy Hartley and her husband, Matt, of Elsberry; other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
