Obituary of Dalton Bryor Wayne Coleman

Funeral Services for Dalton Bryor Wayne Coleman of O’Fallon, MO will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev Russell Vicars will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Koda Gerler, Jimmy Irwin, CJ King, Ronnie Nekula, Jr., David Nekula and Zach Cowan. Dalton, 23, passed away Monday evening, January 8, 2024 at in St. Peters, MO. Born September 10, 2000 in Lake St. Louis, MO, he was the son of Daniel Brian Coleman and Jodie Michelle Nekula. Dalton worked as a solicitor for Midtown Home Improvements. Dalton was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Coleman. Survivors include mother, Jodie Gerler of Elsberry, MO; stepfather, Don Gerler of O’Fallon, MO; his son, Dexter Burnett; and the mother of his son, Grace Burnett, of Edwardsville, IL. Dalton also leaves two brothers: Jimmy Irwin of Winfield and Koda Gerler of O’Fallon; three sisters: Ashley Gibbs of Somerville, OH, Tina Cowan of Florissant, MO and Alisha Bass of Bowling Green, MO; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
