Obituary of Nicole Danielle Balkenbush

Funeral Services for Nicole Danielle Usselton Balkenbush of Warrenton, MO, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2013 at New Salem Baptist Church near Winfield, MO. Rev. Roger Alfred will officiate with burial in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Smith, Jeffery Penrod, Michael Penrod, Kenny Penrod, Eric Rowland and Caleb Rowland. Ms. Balkenbush, 31, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013 at her home. Born May 15, 1982 in Belleville, IL, she was the daughter of Thomas and Rita Johnson Usselton. She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Usselton. Survivors include her parents, Barry and Rita Rowland of Moscow Mills, MO; and three children: Gabrielle and Nathan Balkenbush and their father, Josh, and Jacob Latham and his father, Jeremy. She also leaves her sister, Christina Granda of Moscow Mills; grandparents: Ann Foster of Foley, MO and Thurston Johnson of Pocahontas, AR; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
