Obituary of Todd Dale Foster

Funeral services for Todd Dale Foster of Ferguson, MO will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Rev. Richard Turnbull of Winfield will officiate with burial in Star Hope Cemetery near Elsberry, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Foster, Dane Colbert, Mark Huwett, Danny Wallace, Matt Caputo and Drew Foster. Mr. Foster, 52, passed away Thursday evening, March 7, 2013 at his home in Ferguson. Born May 23, 1960 in St. Louis (City), MO, he was the son of Oscar Dale and Anna Bell Morris Foster. He was employed for several years as a mechanic at Sears in St. Louis. He was a member of NRA, a collector of guns and knives, and was a motorcycle enthusiast. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. He was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Boyd Foster in 1991, and by his father, Oscar Dale Foster in 2001. Survivors include his mother, Anna Bell Foster of Ferguson; and two brothers, Bob Foster and his wife, Marjorie, of Austin, TX, and Drew Foster of St. Louis, MO. He also leaves two aunts, Venie Saucerman of St. Louis County, MO, and Betty Jean Cox and her husband, Claude, of Troy, MO; one nephew, Robert Foster of Boston, MA; two nieces: Shelly Foster of Boston, and Laura Foster-Jarl of Austin, TX; several cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until time of the service at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
