Obituary of Angela Lynn Turnbull

A Mass of Christian Burial for Angela Lynn Turnbull of Old Monroe, MO will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe. Fr. Michael Lampe, church pastor, and Deacon Neal Westhoff will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Russell, Evan Russell, Chase Dreyer, Kevin Turnbull, Keith Turnbull and Brian Wehde. Angie, 59, passed away Saturday afternoon, July 4, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born January 27, 1967 in St. Charles, MO, Angie was the daughter of Wallace Wayne and Dorothy Elizabeth Wehde Keeteman. Angie was a 1985 graduate of Winfield High School; and a 1994 graduate of Maryville University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart on December 20, 1986 in Foley, MO to Kent Brian Turnbull. Their special union was blessed with two daughters: Kathryn and Lauren. Angie worked as a Physical Therapist for many years. Music Ministry was a large part of Angie’s life, and she was a very talented vocalist. Beginning in the 6th grade she started playing the organ for Mass, then later led the adult choir, began a youth choir; and played the organ and piano for Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for many years. Angie was passionate about her faith and shared her love for Christ and Blessed Mother in her home by hosting countless prayer gatherings. She was very caring, generous, and was dedicated to her family. Angie had a gift for making everything just right, and had a thoughtful eye for detail – making every holiday and family get-together special. She also loved cooking, boating, landscaping, music and coffee. Angie was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Keeteman; and her father-in-law, Richard Turnbull. Survivors include her beloved husband of nearly 40 years, Kent Turnbull of Old Monroe; their daughters: Kathryn Storz and her husband, Nathan, of Troy, MO and Lauren Russell and her husband, Matt, of Old Monroe; and twelve grandchildren: Chase, Lucy, Mary, Evan, Gabby, Macy, River, Hannah, Brady, Theodore, Barrett and Titus. Angie also leaves her mother, Dotty Keeteman of Old Monroe; one sister, Lynette Hampton of Old Monroe; other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield; and again from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Old Monroe.
