My heart breaks for Jim’s family. We lived near each other in the Dellwood/Ferguson area from about 1977-1995. My wife & Terry became good friends with raising our girls of similar ages, going to the kids games & school functions. Jim always had a smile on his face and a strong opinion on most topics. He was generous with his time, ready to help anyone. He’ll be missed.
