Obituary of Timothy Lee Hendricks

Timothy Lee Hendricks, 65, of Moscow Mills, MO passed away Friday evening, April 17, 2026 at SSM St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born May 17, 1960 in Illinois, he was the son of Teddy Edward and Doris Lee Hendricks. Tim worked at Granite City Steel for 20 years, and later as a forklift driver for Daddy Rays. He enjoyed spending time on many projects with his girlfriend, Janice. They loved the many date nights at Chihuahuas for a margarita and carne asada. Tim enjoyed his time at Pinnacle Lake with Janice, family and many the many friends he had there, appreciating their help and friendship. He loved fishing for that big one, boating, riding the side by side for many miles of roads, visiting around the lake, and the evenings around the bonfire. Tim enjoyed his lottery tickets, never making his riches, but having fun trying. He never knew a stranger. Survivors include his girlfriend, Janice Dowell of Moscow Mills; and her children: Vennie Dowell and his wife, Courtney, of Troy, MO, Christopher Dowell and his wife, Crystal, of Elsberry, MO, and April Stone and her husband, Matthew, of Winfield. Tim also leaves nine grandchildren: Colby, Mekayla, Madison, Makenzie, Caylyn, Candice, Ben, Olivia and Phillip; and one great-grandson, Grayson. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Pinnacle Lake.
