Obituary of Carole Lee Mureno

Graveside Services for Carole Lee Mureno of Foley, MO will be held at a later date in Bethany Cemetery near Foley, MO. Family and friends will gather to remember and honor the life for Christ that Carole lived and shared with all those the Lord brought through her path. Carole, 90, passed away Monday afternoon, April 6, 2026 at The Villages of St. Peters. Born February 7, 1936 in Polar Bluff, MO, she was the daughter of Fred and Grace Stock Williamson. She was united in marriages that blessed her with three loving daughters: Debra Rommel, Denise Knox, and Stacee Lange. Carole worked most of her life as a waitress/hostess and worked several years at Caddock Electronics in southern California. Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Grace Williamson; one sister, Beverly Ann Watkins and one grandson, Matthew Dean Knox. Survivors include three daughters: Debra Rommel of Troy, Denise Knox of Foley, and Stacee Lange, also of Troy; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
