Obituary of Tina Marie Tullock

A Celebration of Life for Tina Marie Tullock of Elsberry, MO will be from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the American Legion Hall in Elsberry, MO. Please wear pink in honor of Tina’s favorite color. Tina, 63, was born on June 19, 1962 in St. Charles, MO, the daughter of Albert Joseph and Helen Louise Maynard Quentin, Jr. She passed away Thursday morning, April 2, 2026 at her home. Tina was a graduate of Hazelwood Central High School. She was united in marriage on May 31, 1986 in St. Charles to Jeffrey Roland Tullock. This union was blessed with two sons: Jeffrey and Benjamin. Tina worked as a Forensic Photo Technician for St. Louis County Police Department, retiring in October 2024 after 38 years of employment. When her boys were younger, Tina was an active supporter in the FFA and with career day at school. She enjoyed fishing and going to antique malls. Tina was preceded in death by her father, Albert Quentin, Jr. Survivors include her beloved husband of nearly 40 years, Jeff Tullock of Elsberry; their sons: Jeffrey Tullock of Elsberry and Benjamin Tullock of Grain Valley, MO. Tina also leaves her mother, Helen Quinten of Old Monroe, MO; one sister, Angel Schneider and her husband, Dale, of St. Charles; other relatives and friends.
