Obituary of Billie Ann Yokel

Funeral Services for Billie Ann Yokel of St. Charles, MO will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry, MO. Rev. Steven Bradshaw, pastor of Star Hope Baptist Church near Elsberry, will officiate with burial in the Elsberry City Cemetery near Elsberry. Billie, 59, was born on May 19, 1966 in Poplar Bluff, MO, the daughter of Bill Arthur and Patricia Ann Sheets Yokel. Billie was a longtime member of Star Hope Baptist Church. She lived at Silex Community Care in Silex, MO for many years before moving to Lewis and Clark Gardens. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Patricia Yokel. Survivors include several cousins. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. April 11, 2026 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry.
