Obituary of Kevin Tracy Cain

Kevin Tracy Cain, 74, of O’Fallon, MO passed away Friday morning, December 12, 2025 at his home in O’Fallon, MO. Born February 4, 1951 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of James C. and Jane E. Niederst Cain. Kevin was a graduate of Winfield High School. He was united in marriage on June 29, 1974 in St. Charles, MO to Marie I. Aubuchon. This union was blessed with two daughters: Patricia and Christine. Kevin worked as a pipefitter for Murphy Co., retiring February 15, 2013. He was a member of Plumber and Pipefitters Local #562 in St. Louis. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, James and Jane Cain. Survivors include his beloved wife of 51 years, Marie Cain of O’Fallon; their daughters: Patricia Karlen and her husband, Jon, and Christine Schulte, all of O’Fallon; and two grandchildren: Abby Karlen and Sophie Schulte. Kevin also leaves his brother, John Cain of St. Peters, MO; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
