Obituary of Pamela Lee McDonald

Pamela Lee McDonald, 73, passed away late Wednesday night, November 5, 2025 at her home in Moscow Mills, MO. Born October 2, 1952 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of Raymond Arthur and Dorothy Nicholas Swanson. Pam was united in marriage on October 21, 1970 in Chicago to John Melvin Pacult. This union was blessed with four children: Julie, Laura, John and William. Pam was later blessed with another son, Michael McDonald. Pam worked as a dietitian for Lincoln County Memorial Hospital from 1999 until her retirement in 2010. She was a longtime donor of the ASPCA. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Dorothy Swanson; two sisters: Betty Saindon and Donna Aholt; one son-in-law, Rob Mills; and her loving husband, John Pacult. Survivors include five children: Julie Pacult of Austin, NV, Laura Mills of Moscow Mills, John Pacult and his wife, Carrie, of Savannah, GA, William Pacult of North Judson, IN and Michael McDonald of Moscow Mills; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pam also leaves other family and many friends. Per her request, there are no services scheduled. Memorials may be made to the ASPCA in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 3838 East Highway 47, P.O.
