Obituary of Marion Janet Emery Robinson

Marion Janet Robinson, of Webster Groves, MO, died on August 19, 2025, with members of her family watching over her care and having been anointed by the Sacraments. Marion was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on February 1, 1936, to Helen Marie (Kane) Emery and Prairie Wilbur Emery. She was the beloved sister of the late Ellen (Emery) Thompson, Edward Emery, and Richard Emery. Marion married her high school sweetheart, Richard Charles Robinson (Dick) and, over their more than 63 years together, they raised six children: Debra Lynn Robinson Wilson (Michael), Richard Charles Robinson, Jr. (Susan), Christopher Mark Robinson, Kelly Colleen Robinson Taylor, Tamara Marie Robinson Lotshaw (Lester), and Sean Michael Robinson (Gretchen). Marion was so proud of her thirteen grandchildren: Rick (Mariah), Ryan (Lindsay), William (Laura), Alex (Margret), Taylor (Austin), Megan (Athena), Julia (Josh), Chelsea (Adam), Dylan, Melanie, Christopher, Skylar, and Alana. And she loved her great-grandchildren: Bayne, Connor, Cole, Emilia, Hannah, Henry, Martin, Maxwell, Raeghan, and Savannah. Marion and Dick have lived in the St. Louis area since 1970 but she is loved and remembered by extensive family in Omaha, NE. And, she will be missed in Arcadia, MO, where she and Dick owned a home, and in Webster Groves, MO, where she lived in a retirement community. The family is planning a private service and appreciates all of your loving thoughts and prayers.
