Much love to the cousins. I will always hold dear the fun trips to the farm and spending time with all of you and Aunt Mimi and Uncle John (and Little Sir! :) ) Your parents welcomed me into the fam with much love. Great memories of Howard and Parks family events over the years!
Even after they retired and moved from Elsberry, I was fortunate to get in several visits, where Mary Lynn and I had great conversations about teaching experiences, and she always gave me great ideas to take back to my own classroom.
Aunt Mimi passed away the day after my sweet brother passed, so I write this with a heavy heart. So sad for both of these losses of very special people.
Your mom will be missed!

Aunt Mimi was always larger than life in my eyes. Swimming on the farm and playing with all the toys and books in the corner of her living room were some of my favorite memories. She was bold, decisive, and so generous (I still remember the jokes about her telling uncle John to give my mom the shirt he was wearing!)
I have missed the farm, but never had to miss that big smile and infectious laugh that she had even up to our last FaceTime. I am so happy for her to be celebrating again in heaven with so many souls we love.
She left an amazing legacy that I’m honored to be a part of.
We love you, Aunt Mimi!!

Mrs Howard was my brother & I’s kindergarten teacher & went on to be our children’s kindergarten teacher as well. I’ll always remember her as being my favorite teacher, having that big bright beautiful smile & always making everyone feel special.

Mrs. Howard truly was the greatest teacher. I could still pick her perfume out of a lineup. She was goofy, kind, always had hugs for her kids. Not many teachers can hold a candle to her. Shell be truly missed, all of us were incredibly lucky to have been in her class. ❤

Mary Lynn loved her family more than anything else. Even in her final weeks we would laugh together, her smile was my favorite part of the days I got the privilege to care for her. I am thankful for the time I had with Mary Lynn and it was a genuine blessing to have known her.
