Obituary of Brenda Sue Robinson

Visitation for Brenda Sue Robinson of Foley, MO will be held from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield. Burial will be private in Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield. Mrs. Robinson, 71, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at SSM St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO. Born December 3, 1948 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Richard H. and Josephine E. Mattingly Reimers. Brenda was a 1967 graduate of Lafayette High School. She was united in marriage on December 26, 1989 in Winfield to James Elbert Robinson, Sr. Brenda was a school bus driver for the Winfield R-IV School District for many years, retiring in 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ricahrd and Josephine Reimers; one brother, Richard Edward Reimers; one sister, Joan Caddell; and her beloved husband of 12 years, James Robinson, Sr., who died on January 30, 2002. Survivors include her daughters: Donna Sue Bishop and her husband, Paul, of Troy, MO and Cassandre Ann Hickinbotham of Houston, MO; and one granddaughter, Cheyenne Isabel Grotpeter.
