Obituary of Roberta Susan Grazier

Graveside Services for Roberta Susan Grazier of Troy, MO will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2020 at the Elsberry City Cemetery near Elsberry, MO. J. Larry Carter of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home will officiate. Mrs. Grazier, 82, passed away Monday evening, May 25, 2020 at Lincoln County Nursing and Rehab in Troy. Born January 1, 1938 in Elsberry, she was the daughter of Stanley Robinson and Mary Alice Long Miller. Roberta was a loving housewife. She was known for her sunny disposition and joyful laugh. Roberta was an avid horsewoman. Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Mary Alice Miller; and her loving husband, Carl “Bud” Grazier. Survivors include many cousins, including Stan and Lesa Miller of Elsberry, Geraldine Swarts (Leon), Judith Reed (Bill) and Susan Burks, all of Louisville, KY. Other cousins include Dr. and Mrs. Robert Davis of Elsberry and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Davis of St. Charles, MO. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 12:45 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2020 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry. **6 feet social distancing and a mask are required in order to attend.** Memorials may be made to the Charity of the Donor’s Choice in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 S. 5th Street; Elsberry, MO 63343.
