Obituary of Loretta Lynn Kinion

Funeral Services for Loretta Lynn Kinion of St. Clair, MO will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry, MO.  J. Larry Carter of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home will officiate with burial in the Elsberry City Cemetery near Elsberry. 

Mrs. Kinion, 64, passed away early Sunday morning, February 25, 2018 at her home in St. Clair.  Born December 8, 1953 in St. Charles, MO, she was daughter of Lloyd Lavern and Virginia Louise Brixey Perkins.  Loretta was united in marriage on February 3, 1997 in Branson, MO to Joseph Nicholas Kinion.  She worked as a housekeeper for Mercy Hospital Washington in Washington, MO.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Virginia Perkins; and two brothers: Larry Laverne Perkins and Lanny Lloyd Perkins.
 

Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Joe Kinion of St. Clair; six children: Tonya Whys, Patty Kuchler, Christine Kuchler-Rogers and Marsha Kuchler, all of St. Charles, Janet Ortega and her husband, Rudy, of Okeechobbe, FL amd Harley Kuchler of St. Charles; two step-daughters: Lisa Ochsenbine and her husband, Dennis, and Loretta Cooley, all of St. Clair; and many grandchildren.  Loretta also leaves her siblings: Linda Louise Parkus and her husband, Randy, of St. Charles, LaDonna Lou Holliday and her husband, Craig, of Jefferson City, MO, Lonny Leon Perkins, Lawrence Lawayne Perkins and Lacey Lindell Perkins, all of St. Charles; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of Funeral Services at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry.  Memorials may be made to Mercy Hospice in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 S. 5th Street; Elsberry, MO 63343.
