Obituary of Mallory Kay Francis

Funeral Services for Mallory Kay Francis of Elsberry, MO will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO.  Rev. Sammy Lorton, pastor of Whiteside Holiness Church, will officiate with burial in the Elsberry City Cemetery near Elsberry.  Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Jones, Ronnie Filsinger, Ivan Hazelwood, Thomas Hunter, Roger O’Conner and David Mayfield.  Honorary pallbearers will be Landon, Blake and Joshua Mayfield.
 

Mallory, 30, passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 13, 2018 at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles, MO.  Born October 2, 1987 in Columbia, MO, she was the daughter of Gerald E. and Trudy Kay Jones.  Mallory was a member of Whiteside Holiness Church.
 

Mallory was preceded in death by her grandparents: Carol and Arzie Jones, Betty Walden and Howard Blair; one uncle, Steve Riffle; and one cousin, Scott Riffle.
 

Survivors include her parents, Gerald and Trudy Jones of Elsberry; her siblings: Jennifer Self  and her husband, David, Joanna Mayfield and her husband, Daniel, and Caleb Jones and his wife, Marla, all of Elsberry; and her devoted dog friend, “Little Joe.”  Mallory also leaves her nieces and nephews: Blake Edward Mayfield, Landon James Mayfield, Joshua Daniel Mayfield, Chera Faith Mayfield and soon to be, Sadie Rose Jones; one uncle, Randy Jones; four aunts: Alice Daugherty, Lisa Jones, Brenda Shimp and Beth Rhoades; numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.  Memorials may be made to the Family of Mallory Francis (or) Whiteside Holiness Church in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, PO Box 253/3838 East Highway 47; Winfield, MO 63389.
