Obituary of Robert Earl White, Sr.

Military Honors for Robert “Bob” Earl White, Sr. of Moscow Mills, MO will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. Funeral Services will begin at 7:30 with Gary Kreienheder, family friend, officiating. Mr. White, 73, passed away Saturday morning, August 27, 2016 at his home. Born April 15, 1943 in Lafe, AR, he was the son of Elbridge and Audie Lee Richardson White. Bob served his country in the United States Army from April 22, 1961 until he was honorably discharged on October 21, 1961 as PV2. Bob was united in marriage on April 25, 1973 in Paragould, AR to Pamela Ann Burkamp. This union was blessed with two children: Robert Earl, Jr. and Melissa Ann. Bob worked for many years in sales for Warrenton Tire. He was a member of the American Legion Post #420 in Old Monroe, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbridge and Audie White; his daughter, Melissa White, who died April 13, 1999; and one brother, Teddy Joe White. Survivors include his beloved wife of 43 years, Pam White of Moscow Mills; their son, Bob White, Jr. and his wife, Susan, of Troy, MO; and three grandchildren: Sophia, Luke and Teah. Bob also leaves one brother, Muriel White and his wife, Marylyn, of Paragould, AR, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.
